Hmmmm...Looks like Cheeseland is bucking the Midwest trend...according to the WI-DOR ag land values dropped by 3.4% this past year. Residential property values dropped by 1.6% and commerical properties dropped by 2.2%. I find it interesting that land values are apparently dropping...I wonder if milk prices and input costs have anything to do with this?
