I saw one at a junk yard once done with a sort of grapple. About 10 seconds to get it out. Well it didnt need a swap after that LOL

A lot easier to get it out when everything is already unhooked. I have never seen Ford axles come out easy, I would say they can't come out that quick. I can't imagine getting the axles to go in the trans-axle in that amount of time.
