JUst thought I'd start a crop condition thread for what you see out your back door or through the windshield.
I started here in South Podunk Country (for those that don't know Google "Podunk Iowa") went with my son to look a a tractor way up in northern Iowa. North of I80 the crops look good some areas have mud holes and water between the rows. The crops are good but too many weak spots to be a record setter. Went from here to west Bend Iowa then over to Mason City, Iowa then down I35 to DM and on home. Looks really good in the Mason City area.

I went from Des Moines to Carroll a couple times this week up hwy 141 and 71. I don't know how many times I swerved off the road just gawking at the crops. It looked great. It amazes me the care the farmers on that route take care of their waterways. Especially west and north of Coon Rapids. I saw one guy out on his lawnmower mowing his. Nothing like that happens around here and I ain't too far from Podunk.
