a 2090 Case? I have issues with the electrical supply to the cab, chiefly the AC and blower. There was nothing, no windshield wiper, lights, radio, etc, I have managed to get everything working but the wipers and blower, I don't give two hoots in hell right now about the wiper, but I really need the AC. Yes, I replaced the frikin little cab relay, and yes, I checked to make sure the fuses aren't blown.
To carry my rant just a little further, as someone who doesn't buy new equipment(I've bought 3 brand new items in my life) am I the only one that has noticed that no matter how much used stuff you buy from a dealer, you still aren't worth calling back when you have a problem and only want a little information?
As long as I am asking for opinions, how about opinions on New Holland 2450, 2550, HW 300 and HW 320 swathers.

Do you have the key on? How many hours on that thing and is it possible that the ignition switch is bad. Try taking the switch out and banging on it with a 8 lb hammer while cussing.

The HW swathers are very good swathers. I don't know anything about the others. Are you thinking about a disc head? They are hay eating SOBs but you better have deep pockets when it comes time to rebuild them.

I've got a disc mower, I think for our country they are over rated, all the BTOs have sickle bar swathers and seem to get along fine. I am tired of looking behind me all the time. In an ideal world where money was no object, I would get a self propelled disc mower, but this is not an ideal world. Of course, the way things are I will probably not be able to trade anything. As a rule, I consider things like this for a year or two, I have been considering this for about 6 months.
Nearly everyone I know runs New Hollands, that is why I asked about them.

As for the electrical problems with the 2090 . Any way to get your hands on a wiring diagram ? There might be a connector that's common between those two circuits . If you can't get the diagram , it sounds like you get to play everybody's favorite game "chase down the wires" .
Kinda like my 1586 , had work lights but no road light , found that connector under the cab right next to the starter . or the 4640 the old boss had , it was a broken wire right next to the fuse block . Too much fun with experienced equipment when electrical problems show up .

Had a similar ailment on a 4030 Jd and it turned out to be a connector under the cab where wiring harness hooked together. Take it from your comment that things aren't any better in your part of the state than they are up here. What kind of year did you have last year cowman? We had a little drought stress but pretty decent crops for the most part. This year so far, average wheat crop, row crops in serious trouble, beans and milo could make some yet if it would rain and cool off but the forecast isn't calling for it. Planted some sedan into wheat stubble for pasture relief. It hasn't amounted to anything. So sold last falls steer calves Friday. Prices were down of course, but I figured could go a lot lower as the corn price goes higher. Supplementing cows on pasture with last years carry over alfalfa and sedan. That't about all gone. This years hay crop down. Knew we were due for one of these years like this, just hope it doesn't last for more than one.

When you say you replaced the cab relay are you talking about he electric solenoid switch behind the battery and under the starter;;;... because that's the one that always went bad on me?

Does the A/C compressor run?? If it does then it simply is the blower. And maybe the blower motor is bad? You should be able to hear it click on.
If the compressor does not run, you might want to check to see if there is a little fuse on the compressor.
Never had Case tractors, just going by experineces with my Deere's.
