Shucked a few ears back, looks like by kernal count I will do somewhere around the 180 mark if this crop don't sure enough fall apart on me. Should be dented in 2 weeks time. Meanwhile, double crop soybeans are up growing and sprayed, and hay is going at a good pace. Everything is decidedly average here.

glad for you joshua, i hope ours will do 20.o . 8 tenths rain 10 days ago, before that 4-13-12, rain predicted 9 days from now. the fat lady has sung waiting for her to fart.

According to the drought map Im in the moderate to severe area. The crop for the most part doesnt look bad but we are dry and the 7 day forcast has no rain in sight and a few 90+ degree days projected. It ought to get interesting. droughtmonitor.unl.edu/DM_midwest.htm

I'm with Smash, down on the Wabash. If I see 100/acre on corn I would be very surprised and that is if we got good rain for the next week.

good to here Joshua..we just missed another rain. I figure I have about one more week before the corn is done. Pasture is done and Im feeding hay now. Next week brings the first round of culling off cows im afraid..

Same here Johnwayne360, supossed to be 90 today 101 on thursday and a 40% chance of scattered stuff today. No more in the 10 day forecast. If no rain today we will be offically FUBARED.
