I highly doubt the illegal part. It just depends whether it is a public variety, cant be harvested for resale, or if it has a patent on it. Patented varietys cant be saved, everything else means nothing as long as it is for your own use. Believe me, this issue comes around every couple of years here with farmer stock peanut seed and wheat seed, I cant imagine radishes straying very far off of that.

I figured if i didn't sign any TUA i was clear to grow? This is for personal use but i'd hate to see the choppers flying around scouting my feilds if it's not.

All I see is a trademark on the name, nothing on the seed on the website. Probably should say something on the billing or seed tag I would think. I just noticed your location, I don't know how much that changes, although I think PVP laws are similar between the two countries.

Looked over tag closely before going ahead and nothing was in print that i could'nt. When i was billed last year for the seed (never got planted) it was just a normal bill ... no restrictions for use whatsoever.
