Got one that keeps tripping out. Has a slack, not flat tire on it that I will be changing out, casing going bad, but I don't really think it is my issue. It acts like it is going out of line and tripping, eyeballing it it is arrow straight but I have been wrong before. First time I ran it backwards for a ways and started it back forward and it stayed going. Last time, it would work in reverse, but would not stay on in forward. Pivot is a Zimmatic, about 15 or so now, but in pretty good shape. Never had a motor or gearbox go out, not even sure what the symptoms of one going out would be. Only ever checked fluids, greased, and changed tires. Help appreciated.

Most likely a microswitch. When it quits, walk the machine and find the tower that is safetyed out.

We've had fuses blow.. But you can definitely tell it's it's out of line.

Well, started it today running in reverse, has kept going so far. Maybe I can figure it out Tuesday or so. All else fails, I'll call the repairman.

I would look at the collector ring at the pivot point. ONe brush not making a good connection.
