They got to move the market to make any money. Thats just a guess. They've moved it better than a quarter down last week or so on Sept corn, I wish it would move back up some again.

Just a guess, but if corn is down for several days before a usda report then the report is going to be bullish. Once again just a guess.

ac : I'm guessing your guess is wrong . LOL I'm thinking (guessing ) that corn is going down because market is thinking (guessing ) report is going to be bearish and so , we will be sitting around waiting for a weather scare to raise markets. Thats what I'm thinking (guessing ) LOL John

Im just trying to be optimistic. LOL
I have noticed in the past when a bullish report is about to come out it seems the markets are down for a few days and then the report comes out and it pretty much puts back what was taken the last few days.
As far as this one, Im doubting its bullish also. I would like to know how the hell do they even know what is going to be planted acre wise.

They send out a survey asking somehow? ? selected farmers what and how much they are going to plant and go from there.......I know because I have recieved them in the past !! Why in the hell they would believe what they get back is beyond me. Probably also survey seed , fertilizer , and chem. dealers to try to get a read of what is going on. Or maybe its just all a big guesstimate !! John

I think the funds are taking some money off the table.Plus its the end of the month and the end of the quarter. If that is true then they need to buy back, because a lot of funds are long only. But hell its a crap shoot.

Get ready for big moves in old crop beans and probably corn. Every thing but possibly new crop corn is bullish I am told.
