I had to change email addresses on my iTunes acct etc. I changed it on iCloud on my pc but my phone and iPad won't let me change it. They keep telling me that my password is wrong. When I hit edit it brings up my old email but it's grayed out and I can't edit it from that screen. Where else should I look to edit the username for iCloud? Thanks for any insight.

Never mind the above post. All I had to do was delete the account and start fresh. I was afraid to do this because it says everything associated with that account will be lost, but it gives you the option on the next screen to keep it. All is good.

For future reference - even if you did delete everything, it would still be in iCloud. Logging back in on the iPad would just re-download it all again.
