iBooks is a free app available in the App Store for the iPhone and iPad. You can transfer PDF's to iBooks in iTunes by simple dropping the PDF file into iTunes - it will categorize it for you and transfer it into iBooks at the next sync. Great for keeping manuals, etc on your mobile device. I did not know until reading this article that you can also drop PDF's found on the net directly into iBooks from Safari.
