Is their a way to speed up the tieing on this baler? Neighbor has one and it is taking 45 seconds to put string on. He is sitting an hour and a half for every 120 bales he does. Thanks Andrew

Sounds about right on time required to string a bale decently.
Sorry, but no way to speed that up. Unless ur neighbor wants to put on less twine and have bales which look 'shaggy' and absorb moisture like a sponge, that's the downfall of twine. How much fuel do you reckon it takes in that extra ~40 +/- seconds per bale vs. a baler with net wrap.
Net wrap is a huge time saver. I can roll out one 5'x6' bale every 60 seconds in good hay and smooth ground, using net. Wouldn't want to go back to a baler now without it.

Something like this maybe qwicktie.com/ I like grass string for the convience factor, but net is soo nice to bale with and not too much trouble to cut off a bale. Never can get all the string off, hence the grass twine as long as I can store inside.

BEWARE.Heard of guys having issues with getting this after paying for it.It works fine but i would want it before I pd for it.
