anybody use one of these? good or bad comments. Could you post a link that shows what they are? I have never heard of something referred to with that terminology. I have to wonder if we call it something else. Thanks.

A reel disk is what you use when you are doing real farming, not that artificial stuff you play with on the middle of the living room floor. You get out more often you would know that.

Real farming or rEEL farming? Not to hijack the thread... but this time of year we are going to be cutting ice to do reel farming. I still like to see a picture of one.

It's like a Turbo Till. I have never used one but I have seen them at farm shows. They are built at McFarlane Wi. Larry

Its unfortunate that I know very little about them except what I have read. lol. Did price a demo machine this spring. Was 18k for a 12 ft model. I like the chopper reel concept, have used similar machines which were considered field finishers, but i have never seen one in action.

Back in the High School days I remember stopping there on an FFA officers' trip. That was a concept they were working on (1995, I think). Met the business owner/manager and saw what the engineer was working on. Sadly, I was mostly interested in their test mule, a TW35, lol.
