Was $7.56 when we harvested, and has done nothing but go down since. I am starting to feel real sick over this, and I really don't think it will head back up at this point. Close to a $10,000 mistake there.

The biggest problem I see Joshua is that your with the crowd and the crowd is usually wrong. I would guess that most corn not contracted for harvest delivery went into storage unpriced. Now it hangs over the market and hope has set in. We were in greed mode when we stored it. The martket has been pretty good about coming back and rescueing us from our mistakes. Can it do it one more time? I HOPE so.

Josh, the fundamentals are still there. Crop is short. So there is good reason to be optimistic.
Yup, there's problems. Global "free" trade has our fate linked to the failing socialist EU nations. MF Global's crooks maybe screwed our pooch. We have an inexperienced rube in the White House. Problems. Problems.
That doesn't change the fact that there's a tight corn supply. So Josh, when corn goes over $8 in March, you'll look like a marketing genius. BTW, I didn't sell all my 2011 crop, either. You're not alone.
