Been having a go round with our flock supervisor over our litter pile, keep bitching we need to move it, biosecurity hazard. On and on. Well I spread the damn shit for them, it damn sure wasn't because I wanted too, but what in the hell are you supposed to do with it when you don't have the land available to spread it on at the time. Besides, they only give us that and dead chickens and they bitch about it all the time. Give us a little credit, we might just have the faintest of clues to what we are doing. We have already said we would pile it on the neighbors if need be (yes we would get permission for the NAT crowd) and they couldn't say a damn thing about it. Just one of those aggravating things. Like growing for them, have to as our houses aren't paid for, but damn this "do as I say or else" attitude gets mighty aggravating after awhile. Just my little rant. Attachments:

Well Josh, It may buy you a little peace for a while, but if they are like who I contract for.......... I think you know what I'm saying Know exactly. Had our old supervisor for 5 flocks, much more laid back and let us do our thing. New one wants everything done yesterday, rather tiring. We are one of the top farms for them, if they would just lay off some, but not much chance of that. What can you do though, we just ignore them as much as we can, we'll get it done, just not on a schedule they like.
