The Tailgate forum is the one that appears to be taking off the fastest....maybe it's just because folks are signing in here first......OR......it's the kind of place folks are looking for.
If the wheels just fell of my favorite tractor, I'm going to head to NAT first..............there are some darn good mechanics there willing to share info. I bet their traffic has been 20 to 1 for the equipment forums over all the rest put together. Even the old SF board was mostly machinery oriented in its hay day.
I always enjoyed the camaraderie of this type of forum....I enjoy the Bash board also, but it might be to much for some (their choice).
NAT had a good thing with the cafe, till they went crazy with first the "cat thing" then the "G" thing, and the "PC" stuff
Hope this place will fill in he gap.
.........................Mark

The Mechanics or some of those guys don't leave the machinery page ever, so they don't know about us and are perfectly comfy where there at. One thing about most farmers is, they hate change, and aren't gonna change unless they have to, or they hear enough good stuff about something else which gives them a reason to try something new. Kinda like autosteering, nobody around here wanted it at first, but after a few got it, it spread like wildfire.

If the wheels just fell of my favorite tractor well duh tighten the gash dern wheel bolts!!!! LOL In all seriousness........ I see several damn good wrenchers here so give it a whirl here if (hopefully not) something goes FUBAR......... at least here you can come on and *&^*&^(*&%^*(&^*( about it without fear of being nixed.
