I loved my 03 Liberty so much, when I came across this 06 with only 6400 miles I just had to have it. My 03 is getting tired! BTW, congrats on the new board!

Thought I read somewhere you could get those with a deisel engine... I spose that's as rare as a TDI Volkswagen Jetta.

Does anyone know anything about the Jeep Rubicons? Been eyeballing them, but haven't read any reviews.

Any good or bad about them, Trent? Would they make good trail Jeeps? I'm not talking about rock crawling, just good old fashioned trail ridin.

They are the best stock vehicle you can buy for trail riding. They are just a regular wrangler with beefed up components, with lockers and lower gearing.

How are they for economy with the lower gearing? Say if a person was to drive it out to CO for some back roads driving. What is common for an engine, 4cyl, v6 or inline 6?

Depends on the years your looking at. 06 and older had the online 6 newer ones got a v6. Fuel economy might be a little worse since the rubicon comes with 4:11 gears. If driving to CO look for 07 and newer, less desirable engine, but way better ride.

Red? RED?!? My Deere John Friend bought a RED jeep? This might explain 2011's screwy weather patterns. The moon and sun is no longer in correct alignment. LOL.. jus giving ya heck Eddiedry.
